Over the past 30+ years, I've worked in the lending and credit space — seeing firsthand how banks, lenders, and underwriters actually evaluate people.

But my understanding of credit didn't just come from the industry. It came from real life. Like many people, I've had to learn through my own experiences — through mistakes, setbacks, and figuring things out the hard way.
