By accessing or using the Credit Coach platform and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Credit Coach provides credit analysis, dispute preparation, and credit improvement support services. Our Service includes AI-powered analysis of your credit report, preparation and mailing of dispute letters on your behalf, behavioral credit improvement recommendations, and progress tracking tools.

Credit Coach is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a substitute for legal counsel. We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to the removal of any items from your credit report or any specific credit score changes.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your identity and credit situation.
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Not misrepresent your identity or provide false information to the Service or credit bureaus.
• Cooperate with reasonable requests for information necessary to provide the Service.

6. No Guarantees

Results vary. Credit Coach does not guarantee the removal of any items from your credit report or any specific improvement in your credit score. The effectiveness of our Service depends on many factors unique to your individual credit profile, including the nature of the items on your report, the responses of credit bureaus and creditors, and your own credit behavior.

7. Your Rights Under the FCRA

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. Credit Coach provides a service to assist you in this process, but you are not required to use a third-party service to exercise your rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Credit Coach and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Credit Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Credit Coach is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
