Consent Agreement
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Please read this Consent Agreement carefully before using CreditCoach services.
By creating an account and using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Consent Agreement. This agreement is entered into between you ("Client") and CreditCoach, located at 1349 W Peachtree Street NW, Suite 1910, Atlanta, GA 30309.
1. Authorization to Access Credit Report
By using our Service, you authorize CreditCoach to access your credit report from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) for the purpose of analyzing your credit profile, identifying inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items for potential dispute, and evaluating your credit positioning for funding preparation. This authorization is granted for the duration of your active subscription and remains in effect until you cancel your account or revoke authorization in writing.
2. Authorization to Prepare and Send Dispute Letters
You authorize CreditCoach to prepare dispute letters on your behalf based on items identified during our analysis of your credit report. You further authorize CreditCoach to send these dispute letters to the credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) and, where applicable, to data furnishers and creditors on your behalf. You will have the opportunity to review your dispute action plan and the items being disputed before letters are sent. All disputes will be based on your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to challenge inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
3. Understanding of Services
You acknowledge and understand that:
- CreditCoach is a Credit + Funding Preparation System that helps clients clean up credit, build stronger credit, position for lender approvals, and prepare for funding.
- CreditCoach is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney services of any kind.
- Results vary and CreditCoach does not guarantee the removal of any items from your credit report, any specific improvement in your credit score, or approval for any loan or funding.
- You have the right to dispute items on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost without using CreditCoach or any third-party service.
- Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from your credit report through the dispute process.
- The credit improvement process takes time and individual results depend on many factors specific to your credit profile and ongoing credit behavior.
- Funding preparation is guidance only — all approval decisions are made by lenders based on their own criteria. CreditCoach does not guarantee any lending or funding outcomes.
- CreditCoach uses AI-assisted tools for credit analysis and dispute letter generation. These outputs are reviewed for accuracy but should also be reviewed by you.
4. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you are informed of the following rights:
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly at no cost.
- Neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
- The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only after it is more than 7 years old (10 years for bankruptcies) or if the information cannot be verified.
- You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may receive a free annual credit report from each bureau at AnnualCreditReport.com.
