Not a Law Firm
CreditCoach is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys, and does not provide legal advice or legal representation of any kind. Our services include credit report analysis, dispute letter preparation, credit building guidance, and funding preparation support. If you require legal advice regarding your credit situation, consumer rights, debt issues, or any legal matter, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
No Guarantee of Results
Results vary. No guarantee of deletions, score improvements, or funding approvals.
CreditCoach does not and cannot guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report, any specific improvement to your credit score, approval for any loan or line of credit, or any specific outcome from our services. Individual results depend on many factors unique to your credit profile, including the nature of the items on your report, the accuracy of information reported by creditors, the responses of credit bureaus and data furnishers, your ongoing credit behavior, and each lender's individual underwriting criteria.
Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the following rights:
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. You are not required to use CreditCoach or any third-party service to exercise this right.
- Neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
- The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only after it is more than 7 years old (10 years for bankruptcies) or if the information cannot be verified.
- You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may receive a free annual credit report from each bureau at AnnualCreditReport.com.
- You have a right to cancel your contract with CreditCoach within 3 business days from the date you signed it, without penalty or obligation.
Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to:
- Dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost.
- Receive a free copy of your credit report annually from each of the three major bureaus through AnnualCreditReport.com.
- Place a fraud alert or credit freeze on your credit file.
- Know what is in your credit file and who has accessed it.
- Seek damages from entities that violate the FCRA.
You are not required to use a third-party service like Credit Coach to exercise these rights. Our Service is designed to assist you through the process, but you may pursue disputes and credit improvement independently.
Credit and Funding Preparation
CreditCoach is a credit and funding preparation service. We help clients position their credit profiles for potential lender approvals. However, funding preparation is guidance only — all approval decisions are made solely by lenders based on their own underwriting criteria, policies, and risk assessments. Credit Coach is not a lender, broker, or financial institution and does not make any lending or funding decisions.
Not Affiliated with Credit Bureaus
CreditCoach is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or any other credit bureau or credit scoring company. Any references to credit bureaus are for informational purposes only.
AI-Generated Content
CreditCoach uses artificial intelligence to assist with credit report analysis, dispute letter generation, and personalized recommendations. All AI-generated analyses and letters are reviewed for accuracy before being finalized. While we strive for accuracy, AI-assisted content is provided as a tool and should be reviewed by the client. CreditCoach is not responsible for errors or omissions in AI-generated content that has been reviewed and approved by the client.
Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. CreditCoach does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party resources. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party sites you visit.
Limitation of Liability
CreditCoach provides its Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall CreditCoach be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
